Jason Momoa: “People talk about my role in Game of Thrones, but it didn’t do much for my career.” – ‘The Bad Batch’

In The Bad Batch, directed by Ana Lily Amirpour, Mamoa co-stars opposite Keanu Reeves, Suki Waterhouse, and Jim Carrey in a largely unheralded summer film that could well be a massive sleeper hit.  He’s called upon to play “Miami Man,” a devoted Cuban father who does whatever it takes to survive a brutal Mad Max kind of world, looking after both his daughter and the wandering Arlen (Waterhouse) who has already lost an arm and a leg to cannibals who roam the territory.
