Zoe Kravitz Interview: “My mother and father have always been very supportive of my choices…” – ‘Rough Night’

Zoë Kravitz is finally getting a chance to carve out her identity in Hollywood. With her recent turn in the hit HBO series Big Little Lies, Kravitz has shown that she is one of the industry’s hottest new stars. The ethereally beautiful daughter of rock star Lenny Kravitz and actress Lisa Bonet, Zoë has steadily accumulated a series of strong supporting roles in X-Men: First Class, the Divergent franchise and, most recently, in Mad Max: Fury Road.

Now she gets to demonstrate her comic chops in ROUGH NIGHT, the raunchy new comedy co-about a girls’ weekend that goes terribly wrong. Co- starring Scarlett Johansson, Kate McKinnon, Jillian Bell, and Ilana Glazer, the raunchy narrative gives Kravitz a chance to show her lighter side. It was also important for Kravitz to take part in another female-driven project on the heels of her critically-acclaimed performance Big Little Lies.
